We carefully select our black sesame seeds and almonds, sprouted them to remove micro toxins and increase its nutrients value. We employ living temperature to naturally dehydrate them. The result? Perfectly dried and crunchy seeds! The seeds retain their nutrients this way, leaving only the cleanest and driest seeds.
After drying our carefully selected seeds, we crush them into a fine powder in a cold room (to prevent heat buildup). This separates the nutrients from the fiber which allows maximum absorption by our cells. The fine powder is then packed & frozen immediately.
